At Fight Medics we specialise in providing expert medical cover for combat sport events across the UK. We work closely with organisers, covering everything from pre-fight checks to post-event care.

Our team are NHS-trained, frontline medical professionals and we bring trauma experience, 999 expertise and genuine care to every event.

We pride ourselves on being approachable, experienced and passionate about combat sports. We’re here to keep your fighters, and your event, safe from the first bell to the last (and we stick around in case we’re needed after that too!)

Our Team

Our medical teams are made up of experienced NHS professionals, including trauma-trained doctors, paramedics, and nurses. Every clinician is fully registered with the appropriate governing body, giving you complete peace of mind that your event is in expert hands.

Equipment & Supplies

Our fleet of private ambulances and response vehicles is fully equipped to NHS standards, carrying the same high-quality medical equipment used by frontline services. From full ambulance cover to compact paramedic response units, we provide the right level of medical support for every event.

Pre-event & Post-event

We’re here to support every stage of your event — from pre-event planning and risk assessments to post-event care and review. Our team works alongside organisers and healthcare partners to make the medical process clear, compliant, and stress-free.
